Grant Property is working with several Sovereign Wealth Funds and Institutions to help them secure distressed assets, off market. Equally, we help UK banks divest of assets they need to sell, to slim down their balance sheets.
Our growing international partner network in the Middle East and Asia focuses on the high economic growth areas of the world. Property investors in these areas are keen to invest in the US, Europe and the UK. The UK offers particularly good opportunities, due to stock availability, a weak pound, and taxation regimes.
